2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
- Taxi and cab bookings within Kashmir (Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Yousmarg, Doodhpathri, and surrounding areas)
- Airport and railway station transfers (Srinagar)
- Outstation trips (Leh, Jammu, Chandigarh, Delhi, Amritsar, etc.)
- Customized Kashmir tour packages
- Honeymoon and family tour packages
- Group travel via Tempo Traveller and Urbania
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any advance payment will be fully refunded.
- Booking details including pickup time, location, vehicle type, and fare must be verified at the time of confirmation.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate travel details (dates, pickup point, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).
4. Fares & Pricing
- All fares displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on season, vehicle availability, route conditions, and trip customization.
- Quoted fares generally include driver allowance, fuel, tolls, and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra waiting time beyond 30 minutes
- Route changes requested mid-trip
- Additional passengers or excess luggage not mentioned at booking
- Night driving beyond agreed hours
- Entry fees, parking charges, or local union cab fees at specific destinations
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via cash, online transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
- An advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings, particularly for multi-day tours or packages.
- The remaining balance is to be paid as agreed — either before departure or at the end of the trip.
- We provide GST invoices on request.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By the Customer:

By Us:
- If we cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural disaster, road blockage, etc.), we will either arrange an alternative vehicle or issue a full refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Vehicle & Driver
- We will assign a suitable vehicle based on your booking. In rare cases, a vehicle of equal or higher category may be substituted without prior notice.
- All our drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with Kashmir’s roads and routes.
- Passengers are expected to treat the driver with respect. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund in cases of abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and consumption of illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time
- Not carry prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items
- Wear seatbelts where available
- Comply with the driver’s instructions regarding road safety
- Not ask the driver to exceed speed limits or take unsafe routes
- Inform us in advance of any special needs (wheelchair access, child seat, medical requirements, etc.)
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Bad weather, snowfall, or road closures
- Landslides, floods, or natural disasters
- Government-imposed curfews, strikes, or bandhs
- Military or security operations
- Vehicle breakdowns beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you with alternatives or reschedules.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fare paid for the specific booking in question.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
11. Travel Documents & Permits
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times, as required by checkposts in Jammu & Kashmir.
- For restricted areas (e.g., Gurez, certain zones near the Line of Control), passengers must obtain the necessary Inner Line Permits (ILP) prior to travel. We can assist with guidance but are not responsible for permit approvals or denials.
- Foreign nationals must carry their passport and valid Indian visa.
12. Tour Packages
- Tour package itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, road accessibility, hotel availability, and other factors.
- We act as a facilitator for third-party services such as hotels, houseboats, and local activities. We are not liable for the quality or conduct of these third-party providers.
- Any additional activities (shikara rides, gondola tickets, pony rides, etc.) are arranged as a courtesy and are subject to availability and separate charges.
