1. Booking Cancellations

✅ For Taxi Services:

• Full Refund: Cancel 48 hours before pickup for 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancel within 24–48 hours: 25% cancellation fee.
• No Refund: Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

✅ For Tour Packages:

• Full Refund: Cancel 7+ days before tour starts: 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancel 3–6 days before: 40% deduction.
• No Refund: Cancel within 72 hours: non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No-show at pickup point.
• Incorrect booking details (e.g., wrong date/time).
• Events beyond our control like natural disasters, political unrest, etc.
• Partial usage of service (early return or skipped destinations).

4. Changes & Rescheduling

• Date changes for taxis allowed 48+ hours in advance (subject to availability).
• Tour package rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance.
